The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC and Solar Systems department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating project schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Team Management:

   * Recruit, hire, train, and develop HVAC and Solar technicians.

   * Assign tasks and responsibilities to the team based on their skills and workload.

eviews and provide feedback to team members.

   * Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.

* Operations Management:

   * Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.

   * Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance.

   * Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

   * Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on project progress.
